From Chris Gardner at 2006-09-29 13:36:07 : This little lorry was first restored in its original guise as one of the recovery fleet operated by Atkinson Vehicles (London) Limited in Balham. I understand that it was actually built new by Atki London for that role.
From louis at 2009-01-24 15:49:56 : Hi i used to work at atkinson london ltd of balham it was my first job after leaving school in 1966 i worked in the body shop and i would be interested to know of those who worked their at the time i worked their or otherwise i seem to recall the works managers name as a mr carter i do not recall the little truck in the photo though but your comments would be appreciated thanks.
